1996 - J. Michael Brennan and Robert Baron started Albany Mack Sales/Albany Truck Sales. Albany Truck Sales covers a territory encompassing eighteen counties in New York State running from the Catskills to the Canadian border including Bennington County, Vermont. Increasing Mack sales from ten percent to over twenty-six percent, earned the firm an award in 1998 for being in the top four of its group of forty-four Mack dealers and it caught the eye of Volvo and Mitsubishi Trucks.
1999 - Albany Truck Sales was named Leasing Company of the Year for the Northeast Region, while it added Volvo and Mitsubishi to the line-up.
2003 - Moved from our Rensselaer location to our current facility at 90 Harts lane, Albany, NY. We expanded our inventory by adding Hino trucks to our product line.
2006 - "North American Mack Part Dealer of the Year" and "Northeast Volvo parts Dealer of the Year."
2007 - Expanded to include the UD Nissan Diesel range of medium and heavy duty trucks.
